A company you can trust and rely on – you absolutely won't regret it.

This is a company you should definitely get a quote from!

When you meet them, don't be shy about telling them everything – what you want and your budget.

They will listen to your opinions and wishes and then make suggestions within that range.

Even if you want to compare the best and cheapest options, they will answer your questions.

If you tell them about your concerns regarding the entire house, inside and out, not just the exterior walls, they will recommend and tell you about trusted contractors, even if they can't do it themselves.

Just contact them once.

If you're worried, get quotes from several other companies. But you'll surely understand the difference when you get quotes similar to this company's.

For painting, get quotes from several painting companies. Getting quotes for things like re-siding at the same time will make it even easier to understand.

Highly recommended!

Last month, we requested repair and painting work on the roof of our company factory.

From the initial estimate stage, they inspected every detail, took photos of the repairs and areas to be repaired, and explained everything thoroughly, which was very helpful. The work was completed much earlier than expected, which was a great help.

This time it was the roof, but we would like to request their services for other areas in the future.

Thank you very much to the workers for your hard work in the hot weather.

LS replaced our exterior walls in 2023 and double-glazed windows (9 locations on the 1st and 2nd floors) in 2024.

This is a story from our neighbor, who had their exterior walls painted by the same LS last year.

I was worried about the poor quality of the joints and caulking on my house's exterior walls, so I consulted with LS during the estimate, but they assured me it would be fine, and the work was completed successfully.

I was surprised to hear from my neighbor that they had repaired several places on the exterior walls where the wood and insulation had turned black during construction.

LS hadn't mentioned any additional charges, and I would have remained completely unaware if my neighbor hadn't told me!

When I asked LS about it, they said they had kept it a secret because they thought I would worry. They said leaving it as is would have had consequences later.

I was deeply impressed by LS's sincerity and consideration towards their customers!

The double-glazed window replacement was also done carefully and at a reasonable price, allowing me to live with peace of mind.

My neighbor and I have talked about asking them for help again if anything comes up in the future.

I highly recommend that anyone considering renovations contact LS Co., Ltd. You won't regret it!

Sorry for the long message (^_^;)

During this summer's intense heat, I requested the replacement of our exterior siding and roof painting.

Thanks to the hard work of the veteran craftsmen, the result exceeded my expectations. I feel like I've gained another home, and I'm extremely pleased. My children are also very happy.

They listened to and addressed my requests and concerns, and provided a proper estimate within my budget. Furthermore, everyone was very kind, making me feel at ease.

For anyone considering renovations, among the many contractors, I highly recommend contacting and consulting with LS Co., Ltd. It's not too late to make your decision.

Thank you very much to the president and everyone at LS Co., Ltd. for your help! 🙆
